Karur Textile Manufacturer Exporters ‘Association is a premier organization representing as an apex body, the Home Textile Exports of Karur Region.
It was started in 1974 with 12 members in its role initially and now it has over 230 plus members in its role as on date.
It is governed by the Board of Members, the Executive Committee and Core Committee of the Association with the object of addressing issues pertaining to the Home

Who we are
KTMEA is in regular touch with various Organizations viz. FIEO, SIMA, HEPC, TEXPROCIL, DGFT, PDEXCIL,MCCI, CII,MSME, Ministry of Textiles state and central governments , Textile Testing labs, Textile Research Institutions, Textile related Export Associations, Skill Development Council and various training Centre and Development institutes and other trade bodies as well.
KTMEA would like to play an important role in enhancing the earning of more foreign Exchange, provide more employment, making the people of karur to live a decent living and also raise the banner of an Industrially developed Town to a newer height with help of both State & Central Government support & policies schemes.
